LTN-Monitor is 100% customizable, meaning you can tell it who to alert (3 email address alerts available), how often to check servers and how many failures to alert you after (2 recommended). Unlike some providers, we do NOT charge you for more frequent checks, in fact, we encourage more frequent checks.
The Following packages are available:
Basic Monitor(Order Now)
Price: $15/month per server
This is our basic server monitoring package. It includes 10 checks, you control how often you want your ip checked and how often you want to be alerted. You are responsible for providing alert email addresses and responses. We do NOT provide responses for this package, although we are more than willing to help you recover from problems at our normal hourly rates.
Advanced Monitor(Order Now)
Price: $35/month per server
With this package, WE handle the basics of alerts and monitoring, although you are more than welcome to add your own alert email address to our system, through the web interface. We respond to all alerts through this package within 30 minutes, usually 5 minutes. Should the service not be able to be started, we will attempt to find the problem and recover it, however if services need recompiling or advanced configuration options, you will be notified of this and the cost to do this.
Full Monitor(Order Now)
Price: $50/month per server
This package includes the port monitoring PLUS our phpmonitor program, which handles alerts and errors based on load, connections, disk free and more, allowing for notification of problems before they occur.
Please Note
In order for us to handle reports properly, and accurately, you must have your server information updated in the
Client Area. If you desire reboots to be handled by us, you
must provide us with either
A: Remote Reboot login information or
B: Datacenter Helpdesk Login Information.
If this is not done, we will be unable to reboot your server.
